Multiple OS in VPS Servers
Our VPS server plans include three Linux releases that you can pick from for the Operating System of your new web server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. In addition to being absolutely free, the OSs are extremely stable and secure and the reason to offer you all 3 of them is to make sure that you will be able to run every application that you'd like, since different pieces of software could have different requirements about the environment they can be used on. Each of the three OSs is supported by a large community of web developers who have created a large number of software packages which you can install and use on your VPS. Depending on the Operating System that you pick, you will also be able to select between three different Control Panels to take care of your hosting content. Also, in case you decide that you need another OS, we can always reinstall the server with it. As an additional upgrade, we also offer you weekly updates of the Operating System for maximum stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers
The dedicated server plans that we offer come with three different Operating Systems to pick from. They are all Linux distributions - Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian, and not only do they have no license charges, but they are also regarded as the most dependable and secure OSs. We offer three different ones because each one of them is backed by a different community. The packages which you could add on your hosting server are different and this could matter if you want to install some piece of software with particular requirements about the hosting environment. In this light, the hosting Control Panel which you can select for the dedicated server is also determined by the OS that you will select. You can pick any of the three Operating Systems during the order process, but if needed, we can always set up the server anew with another one upon your request. As an optional service that you may add to the package at any moment, we can update your OS on a regular basis in order to keep it as secure as possible.
